 Producing specialty coffee is not just about making a cup of coffee to drink. This is a process of constant evolution. The key is to know how and where it all starts and take care of every step from seed to cup, from production, harvesting, post-harvesting, wet milling, dry milling and storing. Our coffee comes from nutrient-rich land, cultivated by farmers  who have mastered specialty coffee production.
