Preparations

Special preparations with fermentation create unique and very interesting coffee profiles.

We offer coffees with Natural Fermentation, with Yeast, Double Fermentation, aerobic and anaerobic, with less than 100 hours and longer than 100 hours, are some among many other options you can find every year.

We also have protocols that are shares by friends of ours such as Aida (producer from El Salvador) and Stefanos Domatiotis (2014 Word Brewers Cup Champion).
